ARTSM are pleased to confirm that the merger proposed between REMA and ARTSM will be finalised on 31st December. REMA members who elected to be part of the merger will become part of ARTSM.
We are pleased to welcome all those members on board. ARTSM will be identified for a period of one year as ARTSM Incorporating REMA.
We believe the merger will be very beneficial as a stronger voice for safety.
Our portfolio includes all roadside equipment both permanent and temporary – from traffic control systems to fixed plate signs and street furniture, to products for the safety and protection of our workforces and emergency and roadside services. We provide guidance on best practice and legislation applicable to our industry and sit on standards bodies to ensure that we provide input into UK and European standards.
