Glasdon (UK) Limited

In 1959, a small but ambitious company, convinced of the potential of plastic
material, sold a “halt”; sign that never needed to be painted to a local authority. That
company was Glasdon. It pioneered the use of plastic materials for road signs,
bollards and street furniture, offering low-cost and long-lasting solutions compared to
those made from conventional materials. The use of low-maintenance plastic
material for this application was an early demonstration of the innovative flair that
Glasdon has maintained as one of its core values ever since. Today, with its ongoing
focus on pioneering product design, Glasdon remain a market leader in the design
