The Chief Executive of Highways England says that there may come a day when human-driven cars could be banned from fully-automated motorways and other main roads because they will be unable to communicate with autonomous vehicles and make journeys “hazardous” to other motorists  (for more info check out Smart Highways, http://smarthighways.net/he-chief-non-driveress-vehicles-could-be-banned-from-motorways/?ct=t(EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_17_9_2018_COPY_01) September 10th)
